Dr Fayek served with us in Ethiopia and Egypt , was a great surgeon and director of St.Mary’s hospital “ Al Hyatt “ in east Zieton Cairo
He’s survived by his son Dr Mina of Dubai and wife
Today We lost a great friend, colleague and servant
